When commencing management of a new block, a full audit is carried out which looks at various elements such as the condition of the building, general repair requirements, health & safety, fire risk assessments, cyclical maintenance, major works, compliance with the lease as well as other items. After the audit has been completed an action list is prepared identifying the priorities considering short term, medium and long term planning. Our main goal is to provide all stakeholders as much peace of mind as possible no matter which side of the lease they are on and ensure your block remains well-maintained, safe and secure.
